In our top level package, we offer the same expert level of analysis we can in a face to face setting.
Video yourself running from the front, side and back. This can be in your garden or driveway or even in the hallway! We only need 4 or 5 strides of footage from the front and two strides from the side. Ensure your full body is in the video, not just your feet.
We will then analyse this using video analysis packages and send you back a video showing you exactly what you are doing, the good and the bad, and how to improve your running gait. Having analysed your video footage, we then arrange a video call to analyse your strength.
We take the findings from the video analysis and test them out by asking you to perform various exercises, so we can see where you are weak and where you are strong. We can check foot strength, core strength and firing patterns all over a video call.
We then send you a bespoke training program based on these findings.
