As a local clinic, we’re proud to support a range of community events, from the Kenilworth Carnival and Duck race, to the Rotary’s Advent Calendar and the St Nicholas Christmas Tree Festival. Being part of the local community is an important aspect for us, Kenilworth is a small town with a strong community ethos, which is why we like it here.

At The Reinge Clinic, we focus on understanding your individual needs, offering personalised treatments designed to restore movement, improve function, and support long-term wellbeing. Whether you’re seeking rehabilitation after an injury or managing a chronic condition, our Kenilworth Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy services are tailored to help you stay active and healthy.

We have specialist clinics for running and cycling allowing us to biomechanically assess how you run, or how your bike is affecting your movements patterns. Our Therapists both have Sports Science degrees allowing us to look in depth at movement patterns, meaning we get to the cause of your issue quickly and efficiently.

Being the only clinic in Warwickshire providing Apos therapy is a fabulous addition. It means we have additional training in clients with Osteoarthritis and allows us to work with other local clinics to offer a validated alternative treatment for those who would prefer to avoid invasive surgery.

Our Clinic Facilities

The Reinge Clinic in Kenilworth. Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy treatments for communities in Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick and Solihull.

Our Kenilworth physiotherapy and sports therapy clinic was designed by us during the COVID pandemic, with client safety as a top priority. Being able to create the space ourselves meant we could include exactly what was needed to enhance treatments.

We have fixed bars to make strength work with exercise bands easy, and a positive ventilation system as well as an air conditioning unit, to ensure excellent air quality and temperature control within the clinic. While there isn’t a traditional waiting area, our small lobby provides a space to store wet shoes and jackets, and we have dedicated clinic only toilet facilities. The clinic is built onto our home, giving us flexibility to accommodate appointments, including emergencies. The benefit of this was highlighted one New Years Eve, when a call from a client with acute pain allowed us to see them  immediately and outside of clinic hours, due to our being onsite.

Inside our compact clinic, we can run rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual. We have a range of equipment including weighted bars, exercise balls, and other tools, suitable for everyone from professional weightlifters to clients starting gentle rehab for chronic conditions. For example, we might use a 0.5kg weight to help someone begin their recovery journey or a full weighted bar to assess movement patterns in advanced training.

We also lend out items to clients, including stability discs, plantar fasciitis braces, ACL rehab braces, exercise bands, and hand strengtheners. For a small space, we’ve created a lot of practical elements to support our patients whether you’re visiting for a sports massage, managing a long-term condition, or training at a professional level.

Helping to Manage Pain

Sports Therapy session in Kenilworth at The Reinge Clinic

Being a small, family-run physiotherapy and sports therapy clinic in Kenilworth means we really get to know our clients well. Many come for maintenance sessions once a month, and often we can tell straight away if something isn’t quite right, just by the way they move. Because we know their “normal,” it is easier to spot problems.

Our client base is wonderfully varied. A typical morning might start with an elderly patient, then a running assessment, a sports massage, and finish with a child experiencing growing pains. This variety keeps our skills sharp and means we’ve seen most injuries and conditions before.

Having both therapists on site means we can easily ask each other for a second opinion, so even the most complex cases get prompt, expert care. We also have links with local imaging centres, making referrals for X-rays or MRIs straightforward, and we can write letters to GPs when needed, without extra cost.

We don’t have receptionists, which means you can message us directly with questions or for advice. Many clients will text after a minor trip or following a sports match injury, and we can often guide them through immediate self-care, even in the evenings or over the weekend. This is one of the advantages of a small, on-site clinic, we are able to respond quickly and flexibly to your needs.

Our Location

Our main clinic is based in Kenilworth, in the calm and peaceful Thickthorn Orchards site.

This area was originally the site of the orchards of Kenilworth Manor House, which still stands at the bottom of Thickthorn Orchards and now operates as a care home. The bungalows that make up Thickthorn Orchards were positioned to mirror the old greenhouses that once sat in the manor grounds, giving the road a unique character within Kenilworth.

Our physiotherapy and sports therapy clinic in Kenilworth is conveniently located here, just off Birches Lane and with easy parking options. This makes it easily accessible from Kenilworth town centre, as well as the A46 for clients travelling from Leamington Spa, Warwick or Coventry. Being in such a central location allows us to service the wider community and we often have clients travel from Solihull, Stratford Upon Avon or further afield to access our expertise.

You can find full details of our clinic, including directions and opening times, on our Locations page.
