A 50 minute treatment session to resolve Pain and Injury whether Chronic, Acute, or a Sports Injury.

Running Analysis Initial Assessment £110
This 1.5hr Specialist session allows us to assess your Running Gait and get the the root causes of any Running Injuries or issues.

Running Analysis Follow Up session £75
This 50 minute Specialist Session follows on from the full assessment, allowing a follow up with video check of your running.

Cycling Analysis £75
A 50 minute Specialist Session to assess your Cycling position on your bike and resolve any Cycling related problems.

Full Body Assessment £110
A 90 minute Assessment session to take a deep look into your body and assess complex conditions.

50 minutes of Sports Massage to loosen tight muscles throughout your body.
